Ingredients:
2 cups (16 oz./500 mL) cranberry juice
4 tsp. (20 mL) sugar
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 1/2 cups (8 oz./350 mL) 7-Up or Sprite
(or Ginger Ale)
Ice cubes (optional)
Lime wedge, for garnish
Fresh Cranberries (optional)
Instructions:
Place cranberry juice and sugar in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed until the sugar is dissolved. Pour into 2 large glasses with ice cubes. Add 1 teaspoon lime juice to each drink. Pour 7-Up (or Sprite or Ginger Ale) into each glass. Stir gently. Garnish each glass with lime wedges, and if desired drop a few whole fresh cranberrries in each glass.
Makes 2 servings.
