Servings: 6 (8 oz.) canning jars

Comments:
This is a favorite of my family and I give it to my friends at Thanksgiving.

Ingredients:
1 bag cranberries, rinsed and drained
1 large orange, chopped
1/2 cup orange juice
2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 large apple, chopped (peeled or unpeeled)
1/2 cup raisins

Instructions:
Simmer all ingredients until cranberries burst (can help along by smashing them on the side of the pan). I run the canning jars, lids, and rings through the dishwasher as I am making this. They have always sealed, or it can be served at a large dinner in a pretty bowl. Great also on leftover turkey sandwich.

Makes 6 (8 oz.) jars.
