They're delicious. If you like honey this is a MUST. They do really taste like honey and they're also fudgy. The added white chocolate chips add texture without being overly sweet.

Note: Use good quality honey since you can really taste it.

Ingredients:
1 cup good quality honey
185 grams/6 1/2 oz. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 tsp. baking powder
1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C/350 degrees F.

2. Cream honey with butter until fluffy.

3. Beat in egg and vanilla, mix well then add flour and baking powder.

4. Fold in the white chocolate chips.

5. Line tin with wax paper and bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Let cool, then cut into squares.

Makes 16 honey blondies.

These Honey Blondies are delicious, and not too sweet, because there is no extra added sugar. I used about 3/4 cup of honey to make them not too sweet, but if you like it sweet, add the full 1 cup. These are even good without any white chocolate chips, and the texture is great. My family really enjoys them!
