Shirley's Bon Bons

For Coconut Bon Bons:
1 pound powdered sugar
14 ounces (of 16 ounce package) flaked coconut
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 can sweetened condensed milk

For Chocolate Coating:
12 ounce bag chocolate chips
1/2 bar of parafin wax, OR Chocolate Coating or Dipping Chocolate for making candies (usually in chips that you can purchase through baking and candy supply stores)

For Coconut Bon Bons:
Mix together all ingredients except for the parafin wax and the chocolate chips. Chill. Roll into 1-2 inch balls.

For Chocolate Coating:
Melt the parifin wax and the chocolate chips together in a double boiler (if using chocolate coating, melt in a double boiler, and dip coconut bon bons in chocolate, and put on waxed paper). Dip coconut bon bons into chocolate mixture and drop onto wax paper. Let set.

I've been searching for the recipe for chocolate covered strawberries, I made them years ago and they were great, somehow in all of the moving I did, I lost the recipe. Thank you for yours.
