Ingredients: 100g (approximately 1 stick/3.5 oz.) butter 200g/7 oz. milk chocolate 3 tbsp. golden syrup (Karo Light Corn Syrup may be substituted if you can't find Golden Syrup in the US) 225g/8 oz. finely crushed digestive biscuits (graham crackers may be substituted for the digestive biscuits in the US) 225g/8 oz. Maltesers candies (or Whoopers or Malt Balls can be substituted for Maltesers in the US) |
Instructions: Melt together the butter, chocolate and syrup, then add the crushed biscuits and the Maltesers. Mix together quickly then pour into a lined swiss roll tin (jelly roll pan) and chill until set. For a special occasion drizzle with some melted white chocolate. |
