Sarita's Pineapple Cake

Ingredients:
Cake:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 (20 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple

Icing:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick/4 oz./113g) margarine
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C. Grease a 9 x 13 baking pan.

Mix all cake ingredients and pour into pan. Bake in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes (do not overbake).

Mix together all icing ingredients. Ice cake when cool.
