High Energy Juice

Ingredients: 1 large orange 2 medium-size mangoes Canned pineapple 1 tablespoon honey 3 tablespoons sugar 3 cups water 2 ice cubes |
Instructions: Cut the orange into halves. Extract the juice with an electric citrus juicer or a manual citrus juicer. Peel and core the mangos. Cut mangos into small dices. Pour the pineapple over a strainer over a bowl (reserve the juice). Cut the pineapple into into small pieces. Put the mango, pineapple, pineapple juice, orange juice, honey, sugar, water and ice cubes into a blender. Blend for 1 minute. Serve immediately. |
