Cream the butter and sugar until light and creamy. Add in beaten eggs slowly, about 1 tbsp. at a time, beating constantly for about 2 minutes. 4. It's really good. I've made it for an elderly woman, and she really liked it, although I think I made a wrong choice to add honey and walnuts instead of the blueberries which made the cupcakes a tad too sweet. But overall, they're really nice and soft. Would make it again when I've got more time!
