Servings: 8 |
Comments: This is very rich and oh so yummy. |
Ingredients: 1 can (14 fl. oz.) sweetened condensed milk 1 cup cold water 1 small box (3 oz. - 4 servings size) vanilla pudding mix (not instant) 1 (8 oz.) container cool whip topping, thawed 4 bananas 1 box (12 oz. size) vanilla wafers |
Instructions: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and the water. Add in the pudding mix, beat until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes. Fold in the cool whip. Slice the bananas and layer the wafers, pudding and the bananas in a glass bowl (this way the layers will show). You will have enough for 2 nice full layers. If desired, you can decorate the top of pudding with extra cool whip and extra wafers. Makes 8 servings. Tip: Pipe on a pretty top with cool whip using a Zip lock plastic bag with the corner cut off as a piping bag. Photograph taken by Diana Baker Woodall© 2006 |
