No Yeast Nut Bread

|Servings: Makes 1 loaf (10-12 slices)|
This bread is made from the same ingrediants as Orehnjaca, Croatian Nut Strudel, but it is much easier to make. It is nice served with milk for breakfast.
500g all-purpose flour or whole grain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
250g ground walnuts
1/2 cup sour cream
125g butter or margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
5 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 cup milk
Sift flour with baking powder and salt into large bowl. Add ground walnuts, sour cream, butter and sugar. Add milk gradually to make a soft dough. Transfer dough to slightly greased baking tray. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees (390 F) C for 30 minutes.
Makes 1 loaf.
