Butterfly Float

A refreching but sweet drink to top off a hot summer's day!

Ingredients:
4-5 Tablespoons vanilla ice cream (or any other flavor ice cream of your choice)
Favourite soft drink (such as cola, root beer, etc.)

Instructions:
Place the ice cream in a 16 ounce drinking glass or large cup.

Pour in your favourite soft drink (such as cola or root beer) until it reaches 1 inch below the top of the glass. Mix together briefly so you still have pieces of ice cream floating in the drink.
ENJOY!

Makes 1 serving.
