Very simple, but extremly delicious!

Ingredients:
Vanilla Ice Cream
1 or 2 cans pear halves, drained
1 tablespoon melted chocolate (per serving), for drizzling over ice cream and pears
1 tablespoon dark rum (per serving)

Instructions:
1). Place 3 pear halves in a small bowl.

2). Arrange the pears to look like a 3 leaf clover.

3). Pour approximately 1 tablespoon of rum over the pear halves.

4). Place a large scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle of the 3 pear halves.

5). Drizzle approximately 1 tablespoon of melted chocolate over ice cream and pears. Enjoy!

Makes 1 or 2 servings

Note from Diana's Desserts
Chocolate syrup may be substituted for the melted chocolate in this recipe. It is still extremely delicious!
