I used a 13x9 pan and midway thru baking it was oozing out of the pan and all over the bottom of my oven. I think I lost a good 1/3 of the apple batter. It appeared to look like the cream cheese layer settled heavy on the apple batter and so as it baked, it pushed the sides up, out and over the sides of the pan. I am nervous about baking it again even though, what was left, was delicious. (That was after I pulled it out, cleaned the mess that was filling my kitchen with smoke, and putting the pan back in to finish baking.)
