I've made these 3 times for Church functions, and always get praises. I just have to tell them where I got the recipe from. They are sooooo easy too!

These are the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever baked myself. I love to bake but everytime I make cookies their always a little off, but not these, their perfect!!! I brought them to work and they went so fast. The key ingredient is the pudding, also never use CRISCO, it's not good! Makes your cookies taste horrible, REAL butter is 100 times better. I'll never use Crisco again, unless theres no way around it, butter is the ticket!! :-)

the cookies were nice and soft, but my only complaint is that they needed a bit of salt, there was just something missing when i was tasting them.

I was just wondering if you could substitute the instant vanilla pudding mix with sour cream?
