Quick and Easy Crust

| Servings: Makes two 9-inch pie crusts |

Ingredients:  2 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 3/4 teaspoons Equal Brand Sweetener for Recipes, or 6 packets of Equal Brand Sweetener 1/2 teaspoon salt 8 tablespoons cold margarine, cut into pieces 10-11 tablespoons ice water |
| Instructions: Combine flour, equal, and salt in bowl; cut in margarine with fork until mixture is crumbly. Mix in water, 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing after each addition. Refrigerate until ready to use or well chilled. Makes: Two 9-inch pie crusts. |
