What a luscious way to welcome in Spring. Garnish mousse with whipped cream and grated chocolate or chocolate curls, and serve with fresh berries for a pretty presentation.

Ingredients:
3 oz. semisweet baking chocolate, chopped into small pieces
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
2 cups frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

Garnish (optional)
Whipped Cream
Grated Chocolate or Chocolate Curls
Fresh Berries

Instructions:
Microwave the chocolate in a large microwave safe bowl on HIGH for 45 to 60 seconds or until melted when stirred.

Add the cream cheese and vanilla; mix on medium speed with electric mixer until well blended. Add in marshmallow creme; mix well. Gently stir in whipped topping.

Spoon mousse into a serving bowl or pipe into individual dessert dishes. Refrigerate several hours or until well chilled. Garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate, and serve with fresh berries, if desired.

Tip
Substitute 1 cup whipping cream, whipped, for whipped topping.

Makes 6 servings.
