Crustless Egg Custard Pie

Ingredients: ![]() 4 eggs 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 3/4 cup milk 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract 4 Tbsp. stick margarine, melted |
Instructions: In a medium bowl, beat together the eggs. In a large bowl, mix together flour and sugar; add milk and vanilla. Mix well, then add melted margarine and add the beaten eggs. Mix well and then pour into a greased 9-inch pie plate and bake at 325 degrees F (160 C) for 45 minutes or until firm. Makes 8 servings. |

This is a great recipe. You forget that the pie is crustless it is so good and using fat free milk makes it even a low cal great desert.

Great, easy, tasty pie ! I reduced sugar to just 1 cup and substituted Gluten-free Bisquick for the flour required. Awesome !
