Chocolate Mallow Pie

Ingredients: ![]() 1 1/4 cups crushed Oreo Creamed Filled Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (about 14 cookies), or 1 1/4 Oreo Cookie Crumbs or other chocolate wafer crumbs 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 2 packages (1-8oz. and 1-3oz. package) cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup chocolate syrup 1 1/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips, melted 1 carton (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed 2 cups miniature marshmallows Chocolate curls, optional |
Instructions: In a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs, butter and sugar. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a round 9-inch (23cm) pie plate. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 C) for 8-10 minutes or until set; cool completely on a wire rack. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and chocolate syrup until blended. Beat in melted chocolate chips. Set aside 1/4 cup of whipped topping. Fold in marshmallows and remaing whipped topping into chocolate mixture. Spoon mixture into crust. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight. Garnish with reserved whipped topping and chocolate curls if desired. Makes 8 servings. |

i made chocolate mallow pie for my g.c.s.e work in food technology and i think i made mine alot better because i didnt use cream cheese and nuts in my recipe!
