Ingredients:
20 oz. can undrained pineapple chunks (in juice)
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
Instructions:
Combine pineapple chunks (including the juice), 1/2 cup orange juice and 1 tsp. orange peel with remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Cook, stirring constantly until sauce boils and thickens. Cool. Serve over fresh fruit, cakes, or ice cream or (as shown in photo above), place your dessert over sauce.
