Ingredients:
2-1/2 cups (625 mL) lowfat milk
1 tbsp. (15 mL) granulated sugar
2 Chai tea bags
Ground cinnamon, for garnish
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients, except cinnamon, in a saucepan. Bring to a boil while stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let stand 3-4 minutes. Remove tea bags and chill mixture in refrigerator. Serve chilled tea over ice cubes and add a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Makes 2 servings.
