Servings: Makes enough to ice one 8 or 9-inch cake

Comments:
A quick and easy, and very simple icing to make when you don't have much time. So good on cakes or cupcakes.

Ingredients:
6-7 ounces semisweet or milk chocolate, cut into small pieces
4 1/2 tablespoons butter

Instructions:
Combine the chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler and stir over low heat until melted and combined. Cool slightly and then use to ice cake, cupcakes, etc.

Makes enough to ice top and sides of one 8 or 9-inch cake, or to ice several cupcakes.

Too much butter.

I used the basis of this, but instead of completely doubling it, I used 7tbs of butter and the same amount of chocolate, both cooking and milk. It came out fantastic.
