Nothing can compare to a tall glass of ice-cold fresh lemonade on a hot summer's day. Serve it over lots of ice and put a slice of lemon on the rim of the glass for garnish. Enjoy!!

Ingredients:
3 cups water
Zest of 3 lemons
1 cup sugar
2 cups fresh lemon juice
Lemon Slices (for garnish)
Sprigs of fresh mint (for garnish)
Ice cubes

Instructions:
Combine water and lemon zest and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in sugar until dissolved. Let stand for 15 minutes. Add lemon juice and chill thoroughly. Strain and serve over ice with lots of fresh mint and slices of lemon.

Serves 4-6.
