This has got to be one of the yummiest chocolate frosting recipes I have ever tasted! But, how can you go wrong with marshmallow cream!! The recipe is also very simple to make, huge bonus!

I used Dark Dutch cocoa powder and one melted square of unsweetened chocolate in this wonderful recipe. Make a strong flavored chocolate frosting.

I tried this recipe, I think it would have been better if it called for 8 oz. cream cheese. My frosting was a little runny because of the 3 oz. Was the 3 oz. a mistake?

It was delicious and not overly sweet. It was a little runny--don't know if adding more confectioner's sugar would have helped. I definitely will make it again!
