Servings: Makes enough to frost a 9 inch layer cake

Comments:
Use this wonderful white marshmallow frosting to ice cakes, cupcakes; spread over cream pies, and is a delicious frosting for a dark devil's food cake.

Ingredients:
16 ounces confectioners' sugar
1 (7 oz. jar) marshmallow creme
1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-2 tbsp. milk

Instructions:
Beat confectioners' sugar, marshmallow creme, butter and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.

Beat in milk as needed until frosting is desired consistency.

Makes enough frosting to frost and fill an 8 or 9-inch layer cake.
