Deep Dark Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients: ![]() 5 ounces bittersweet or semisweet chocolate, chopped 2/3 cup whipping cream |
Instructions: Combine chocolate and cream in a 1 to 2-quart pan. Stir over low heat just until chocolate melts, 5 to 7 minutes. Use hot, warm, or cool. NOTE: NOTES: If making ahead, chill airtight up to 1 month. To soften, reheat. MAKES: About 1 cup |
