These are perfect for an after-school birthday party or for any kind of children's get-together or special celebration. Use any flavor instant pudding and pie filling you like. Most kids like chocolate, vanilla or strawberry, but why not try other flavors such as Banana, Pistachio, Butterscotch or Devil's Food. They are so many new flavors now to choose from at the supermarket such as Cheesecake, White Chocolate, etc. The kids will love these very "cool" treats after a long day at school.

Ingredients:
2 cups cold milk
2 packages instant pudding and pie filling, any flavor
1 (8 oz.) container non-dairy whipped topping, thawed, divided
10 ice cream cones (with flat bottoms)

Garnish: (optional)
Decorative candy sprinkles, for garnish

Instructions:
Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes, or until well blended. Gently stir in 2 cups of the whipped topping. Spoon evenly into ice cream cones; spread tops with remaining whipped topping. If desired, sprinkle with candy sprinkles before freezing. Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Store in freezer.

Makes 10 servings (10 cones).

I did this as an alternative to the typical cupcakes for my daughters birthday treats at school. They were a huge hit both with the kids and the teacher.

So easy to make and my two year old says "YUM YUM YUMMY!" She sampled them as I made them :D I had to make a double batch to cover my 7yr old's whole class at school but we got them made and I'm sure they'll be a hit tomorrow! I used Cheesecake flavored pudding for ours.
