Comments:
On a hot summer's day or on a warm evening there is nothing better than a tall glass of lemonade. Serve this raspberry lemonade to friends or family for a cool and refreshing drink that will soothe their souls. They will thank you for it!

Ingredients:
6 cups water
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (if using frozen raspberries, use the unsweetened ones)

Extras:
Ice cubes
Extra fresh raspberries
Lemon slices, for garnish

Instructions:
In a large pitcher or jug combine water, lemon juice, and sugar. Stir well until sugar is dissolved. Puree the 1 cup raspberries in blender or food processor. Pour pureed raspberries through a strainer over a bowl, pushing on solids to get as much liquid as possible. Stir strained raspberry puree into lemonade. Chill in refrigerator. When ready to serve, add ice cubes, extra raspberries and lemon slices to lemonade. Serve immediately.

Frozen Raspberry Garnish Idea
Place several whole raspberries on a try and place in freezer for at least 1 hour before serving. When ready to serve lemonade, put 3 to 4 frozen raspberries in each person's glass as garnish.

Makes 6-8 servings.
