Comments:
This fudge is so easy to make, and really satisfies that "sweet tooth" for chocolate.

Ingredients:
3 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks/6 oz./170g) butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
12 oz. semi-sweet or milk chocolate chocolate chips
7 oz. jar marshmallow creme
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions:
Bring sugar, butter, and milk to a rolling boil on medium heat (or 234 degrees F/112 degrees C) for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, to prevent scorching. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips. Stir in marshmallow cream. Stir in vanilla extract. Stir in nuts (optional). Pour into greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan, or a 9-inch square pan. Cool to room temperature. Cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Cut into 1 inch squares.

Makes approximately 3 dozen (1-inch) pieces.

Dear Diana, what can I use instead of marshmallow because I don't have it in my country. Thanks

Hanna, Do you have regular marshmallows in your country? If so, you can use them. If not, leave the marshmallow cream out and use creamy peanut butter instead. Hope this helps you out....Diana, Diana's Desserts
