Powdered Sugar Frosting

Servings: Makes about 2 1/2 cups frosting

Use this to frost or decorate your sugar cookies.

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar (icing sugar)
2 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1 tablespoon butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Food Coloring (optional)

Instructions:
Combine powdered sugar, water, butter, corn syrup and vanilla in mixer bowl, mix until moist. Beat on medium speed until smooth. Add more water if needed. Color with food coloring, if desired.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups frosting.
