Ice Cream Puffs

| Ingredients: 2 cups water 1 cup (2 sticks/8 oz./226g) butter 2 cups all-purpose flour 8 eggs 1 container of vanilla ice cream Ready-made store bought Chocolate syrup |
| Instructions: Preheat oven to 400ºF/200ºC. Boil water and butter in a small saucepan. Add flour and stir briskly over low heat until a ball forms. Remove mixture from heat. Using a spoon, beat in eggs one at a time. Mix until smooth. With a spoon, drop dough onto ungreased pan 3-inches apart. Bake 35 to 45 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove from oven, set aside to cool. When cream puffs have cooled, slice in half. Place a small scoop of ice cream between the two halves. Drizzle cream puffs with chocolate syrup. |
