Honey butter is wonderful spread over muffins, biscuits, cornbread or scones. Try serving it with your next batch of pancakes or waffles. So yummy!!
1/2 cup (1 stick/4 oz/113g) butter, softened
1/4 cup honey
In bowl of an electric mixer, combine butter and honey. Beat at high speed until light and fluffy. Serve with muffins, biscuits, cornbread or scones. Store, covered in refrigerator.
Makes 1 cup.
