Strawberries with Vanilla-Almond Yogurt Pudding

A lovely light dessert for a picnic, barbeque or to serve on a warm summer evening. Quick and easy! The strawberries can be substituted with raspbarries, or blueberries or peaches.

Ingredients:
1 (3.4-ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 cups cold milk
1 cup plain yogurt
1/8 teaspoon almond extract
2 to 3 cups fresh strawberries, raspberries or blueberries

Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together first four ingredients. Place berries in dessert cups and top with cream mixture, or layer berries and cream in parfait glasses.

Makes 4 servings.
