Gift Giving Peanut Butter Snowballs

Ingredients:  1 cup confectioners' sugar 3/4 cup creamy style peanut butter 3 tbsp. margarine 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate |
| Instructions: 1. Combine confectioners' sugar, peanut butter and margarine. Stir in graham cracker crumbs. 2. Shape into 1-inch balls. 3. Melt chocolate in microwave on MEDIUM for 2 minutes, stir until melted. Dip or drizzle each ball with melted chocolate. Store covered in refrigerator. Make as many as you like. |
