Gift Giving Peanut Butter Snowballs

What a lovely and tasty treat for a friend, neighbor, co-worker, or a relative to receive as a gift during the holiday season. Make up several batches to give as gifts, or serve them at your Christmas parties as a "sweet and chocolaty" treat.

Ingredients:
1 cup confectioners' sugar
3/4 cup creamy style peanut butter
3 tbsp. margarine
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate

Instructions:
1. Combine confectioners' sugar, peanut butter and margarine. Stir in graham cracker crumbs.

2. Shape into 1-inch balls.

3. Melt chocolate in microwave on MEDIUM for 2 minutes, stir until melted. Dip or drizzle each ball with melted chocolate. Store covered in refrigerator.

Make as many as you like.
