No Butter Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

A wonderful chocolate cream cheese frosting without using butter. Great for those of us that are watching our fat intake.
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 cups confectioners' sugar
6 oz. (1 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and cooled
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Blend in melted chocolate, milk and vanilla at low speed until smooth. If necessary, add additional milk 1 tsp. at a time for desired speading consistency. Use to frost cakes, cupcakes or bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
Makes 1 3/4 cups frosting.
