Servings: Makes 1 (1 1/2 pound) loaf, 16 slices

Comments:
A flavorful cheese-herb bread made quickly in your bread machine. Sour cream is added to give the bread a smooth taste and dry ranch salad dressing is also added to give it a bit of tangyness. So delicious toasted with a little butter.

Ingredients:
1 cup water
3 cups white bread flour
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon powdered buttermilk
1/4 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon dry ranch salad-dressing mix
1/4 cup mixed chopped fresh herbs, such as parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme
1 teaspoon active dry yeast or bread-machine yeast

Instructions:
Add ingredients to a 1-1/2-pound capacity bread machine according to manufacturer's directions. Select basic white bread cycle (Note: machine pan must have capacity of 10 cups or more).

Makes 16 slices (1-1/2 pound loaf).
