Even if you don’t care for coffee, you'll like this delicious drink. Chocolate and cinnamon transcend coffee's morning image and move it into the realm of an adult milkshake. A wonderful summertime beverage served on a warm day. If desired, decaffeinated coffee may be used.

Ingredients:
6 cups strong coffee (regular or decaf)
1 pint good-quality cinnamon, vanilla, or coffee ice cream
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
Chocolate-covered coffee beans, shaved chocolate, or cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions:
Brew coffee and chill until cold. Pour 1 1/2 cups chilled coffee over 2 scoops ice cream and 1 Tabespoon chocolate syrup per float. Garnish floats as desired.

Makes 4 floats.

I've tried this recipe and the taste is very good. All my freinds ask me how i make this and ask me for the recipe. I said I took this recipe from the internet in Diana's Recipe book. OK, that's all my comments about this coffee recipe.
