Frozen Strawberry-Orange Bars on a Stick

Ingredients:  1 (8 ounce) container sugar-free strawberry yogurt 3/4 cup orange juice 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 cups frozen whole strawberries 1 packet sugar substitute or equivalent of 2 teaspoons sugar You will need: 6 (7-ounce) paper cups 6 wooden sticks |
| Instructions: Combine yogurt, orange juice and vanilla in food processor or blender. Cover and blend until smooth. Add frozen strawberries and sugar substitute. Blend until smooth. Pour into 6 paper cups, filling each about 3/4 full. Place in freezer for 1 hour. Insert wooden stick into center of each. Freeze completely. Peel cup off each to serve. Makes 6 servings.
