Cream Cheese Sauce

Servings: Makes 2 cups
 
Comments:
This sauce is delicious served over fresh berries or other fresh fruits, or spoon some on top of chocolate cake slices.

Ingredients:
1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup sugar, or to taste
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

Makes 2 cups.
