Instructions:
Combine chocolate and cream in a 1 to 2-quart pan. Stir over
low heat just until chocolate melts, 5 to 7 minutes. Use hot,
warm, or cool.
NOTE:
NOTES: If making ahead, chill
airtight up to 1 month. To
soften, reheat.
