Ingredients:
35 rich round crackers (such as President's Choice Rich and Flaky Crackers)
1 (18 oz.) package chocolate chip cookie dough with peanut butter filling (20 count)
For Dipping:
Honey
Strawberry jam
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C. Grease cookie sheets. Let dough stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, place crackers in resealable bag. Crush into fine crumbs with rolling pin. Reserve 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.
Combine dough and remaining crumbs in large bowl; beat at medium speed of electric mixer until well blended. Shape 2 rounded teaspoonful balls of dough into a oval. Roll in reserved crumbs; place on prepared cookie sheets. Pinch in sides of oval to make cookies resemble a chicken nugget. Repeat with remaining dough and crumbs.
Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes or until set. Cool on cookie sheets for 10 minutes. Remove to wire racks; let cool completely. Serve cookies with honey and jam for dipping.
Makes 30 nugget cookies.
