It is the BEST recipe to make a banana nut bread regarding the batter especially when adding eight ripe bananas . But the best way to bake a banana bread , as far as the banana fruit caramelizes and burns quickly when exposed to heat , is to bake the banana bread in the oven at the first 35 minutes at 350 degrees F and immediately turn the oven down to 300 degrees F to have a very good baked banana bread.
