Ice-Cream Pizza

This Ice Cream Pizza would be great to serve at a children's birthday party and also makes a fun treat for a kid's "sleep over" party. Use your imagination and try different toppings over the ice cream, such as little cookies or fresh sliced fruit. Fun and easy!!

Ingredients:
1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
Chocolate syrup
4 scoops vanilla ice cream, softened
Sprinkles, liitle cookies or sliced fresh fruit

Instructions:
For the Crust:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C.
Form the cookie dough into a ball. Place on a floured work surface and roll ball into a 10-inch circle. Place rolled out dough circle on a lightly greased cookie or baking sheet and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

For the Topping:
Spoon chocolate syrup over cooled cookie base and cover with softened ice cream. Top with sprinkles, little cookies, or fresh fruit or try a combination of these toppings. Serve immediately.

Makes 12 servings.
