Ingredients: 1 cup (2 sticks/8 oz./226g) butter, softened 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup granulated white sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1/2 tsp. salt 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 cup rolled oats (instant or old-fashioned) 1 cup corn flakes cereal 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup raisins |
Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F/160 degrees C. Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Then add salt, flour, baking soda, and baking powder; mix until well blended. Then add oatmeal, corn flakes, chocolate chips, pecans, and raisins. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheet and bake 10-15 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes, serve and enjoy! Makes 36 medium-sized cookies. |
