Comments:
This banana loaf is very delicious. You don't need many ingredients to make this loaf.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick/4 oz./113g) butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3 mashed ripe bananas

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C. Grease two loaf pans.

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs to the creamed mixture and mix well.

Add the flour and baking soda. Mix with a wooden spoon or rubber spatula.

Add the mashed ripe bananas. Mix until smooth.

Pour mixture into prepared loaf pans. Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 40 minutes.

Makes 2 small loaves.

I tried to make chocolate banana and it was a blast! I added 1 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon extract and 1 tbsp. of kahlua to get a hint of liquor.. Also I tried to make one with green tea powder.. but this one is no good. You need the liquid from the mashed banana, hence my green tea loaf was not fluffy enough..
