Ingredients: 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1/3 cup granulated sugar 4 cups assorted fresh fruits, sliced (strawberries, bananas, blueberries, etc.) |
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 C). For Crust: Shape cookie dough into a ball. Place in the center of a round pizza pan. Roll out into a 12-inch circle. Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely. For Topping: Combine cream cheese and sugar. Mix and spread evenly on the cookie. Decorate with fruit slices. Refrigerate. Makes 16 servings. |

Hi Diana, I made this recipe years ago. I got it from a magazine, made it 3 or 4 times, lost the recipe and have been trying to find it. Yours is alittle different and easier. The crust I used was made from scatch and you used vanilla pudding instead. I know it will be a hit at the party. I am glad I went online to find this recipe. I know I will use it alot.
