This is a light and delicious frozen treat for a warm summer's day or evening.

*Note: If you are concerned about using raw eggs, then I would recommend not making this dessert.

Ingredients:
2 egg whites
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 quart strawberries, cleaned, hulled and sliced

Instructions:
In a large bowl, beat 2 egg whites until they start to whip up. Gradually beat in sugar and then slowly add strawberries until the mixture grows very large and airy and looks shiny like meringue. Transfer to a freezable container and freeze. Use as you would ice cream or sherbet.

Makes 8 servings.
