Comments: Even if you don’t care for coffee, you'll like this delicious drink. Chocolate and cinnamon transcend coffee's morning image and move it into the realm of an adult milkshake. A wonderful summertime beverage served on a warm day. If desired, decaffeinated coffee may be used. |
Ingredients: 6 cups strong coffee (regular or decaf) 1 pint good-quality vanilla or coffee ice cream 1/4 cup chocolate syrup Garnish: (optional) Grated Chocolate Ground Cinnamon |
Instructions: 1. Brew coffee and chill until cold. 2. Spoon 2 scoops of ice cream in each glass and add 1 tbsp. chocolate syrup over ice cream. 3. Pour 1 1/2 cups chilled coffee over ice cream and chocolate syrup per float. 4. Garnish floats with grated chocolate and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon, if desired. Makes 4 floats. |

I've tried this recipe and the taste is very good. All my freinds ask me how i make this and ask me for the recipe. I said I took this recipe from the internet in Diana's Recipe book. OK, that's all my comments about this coffee recipe.
