Cinnamon-Butter for Toast

Ingredients:  1-2 tablespoons butter 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon Tip from DianasDesserts: You may want to add a little sugar to the cinnamon-butter before you melt it in the microwave. |
| Instructions: 1. Place butter in small microwave safe bowl. 2. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the butter in bowl (if adding sugar, you can add it at this point.) 3. Place bowl in microwave until butter/cinnamon mixture is melted. 4. Stir with spoon, and drizzle over your favorite slices of bread. SERVE IMMEDIATELY! Makes enough to spread on 2 slices of bread. |
