Everything But The Kitchen Sink Bars

A chewy bar cookie thats fun to make and eye catching. For this recipe you decide what goes on as the topping.

Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow cream
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 1/2 cups cereal (a sugary cereal works best)
1/2 cup M&M's
Toppings of your choice, for example, mini cookies, gummies or chopped up chocolate bars

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

Press cookie dough into prepared pan. Bake in preheated oven for 13 minutes. Leave oven on.

Remove from oven. Drop teaspoonfuls of marshmallow cream and peanut butter over hot cookie base. Bake 1 minute.

Remove from oven. Carefully spread hot and creamy marshmallow cream and peanut butter over cookie base. Sprinkle with cereal, chocolate pieces and toppings of your choice.

Bake 7 more minutes. Cool completly in pan on wire rack. Cut into 2-inch bars.

Makes 3 dozen bars.
