Cookies and Ice-Cream

Sounds really yummy, doesn't it? Now you can make your own cookie ice cream.

Ingredients:
1 package double chocolate cookies or oreo cookies
10 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 teaspoons honey (optional)

Instructions:
Crush the cookies with a potato masher or rolling pin until the cookies are coarsely chopped but still in small pieces and crunchy. Blend the two remaining ingredients for 1 minute and mix with the crushed cookies. Serve immediately or store in covered container in freezer.

Makes 5 servings.
